衝刺東南亞併購瞄準菲律賓、馬來西亞、印尼等國 蔡慶年：盼物美價合理

第一金控董事長蔡慶年15日指出，因應美國將升息，熱錢撤出新興市場的壓力變大，第一金多年來持續觀望東南亞併購，過去是「物美價貴」，未來不用等到物美價廉，只要「物美價合理」，就可以進場。據悉，第一金在菲律賓、馬來西亞、印尼等國，都在積極評估併購或參股，只要有可能的機會，都會去談。

蔡慶年強調，美國聯準會（Fed）是否升息，結果即將出爐，內部早就開始因應美國升息，例如兩個月前就開始針對有「流動性風險」的部位出清，畢竟美國喊狼來了已經很久，但也不是所有債券都會出清。

蔡慶年說，在大波動當中，就有機會，會從中找尋投資標的或是布局的好機會。

蔡慶年對於明年的景氣看法強調，明年將是變化很大的一年，因此相當「審慎保守」。

一銀總經理周伯蕉指出，這兩年一銀把放款結構調整到很好，也一直強化資本適足率，像是提高活期存款、找獲利來源等，一銀目前存放利差達到1.6個百分點，優於業界平均的低於1.5個百分點，明年會努力衝刺授信量。

獲利方面，周伯蕉說，一銀今年前11月的稅前盈餘176.09億元，已經超過去年全年的159.99億元，在今年增資完成後，明年將是擴量的一年。

對於人民幣的後續走勢看法，周伯蕉說，現階段整體市場，對於人民幣的走勢，仍相當分歧，短期趨貶雖是多數共識，但長期還是有看升的機會，因此，一銀會少量避險，搭配適時調整部位。

對於數位金融業務發展，周伯蕉強調，配合政府推出的「打造數位金融環境3.0」12項線上申請業務，已經在11月底上路，全數達到政策目標，接下來將有永春分行的智慧型分行上路。

此外，一銀即將拆除重建的延平大樓，將從原有的7樓高拉高到12樓高，未來重建完成後，預計將在一樓成立一銀的數位旗艦店，整棟大樓則是不排除會把第一金人壽、第一金投信等子公司遷入。
